​you find it scheduled on the CALENDAR

Use this packet if you want to schedule a Ministry EVENT or promote a Ministry EVENT.  Also if you want to use the church van or need to get reimbursed for an expense.  To Qualify as a Ministry EVENT your EVENT has to be a part of one of the Ministry Areas of PV - Adult, Operational, Children, or Youth.

Use this packet if you want to schedule a Non-Ministry EVENT.  To QUALIFY as a Non-Ministry EVENT (ATTENDEE) your EVENT would not a part of one of the Ministry Areas of PV, but you have attended PV 50% of the Sundays for the last 6 months.

Use this packet if you want to schedule a Non-Ministry EVENT and you would be a GUEST of PV.  A GUEST is someone who has not attended PV 50% of the Sundays for the last 6 months.
